I got one when my order was packed, another when it was sent, and the delivery tracking link worked without any hassle. I didn’t have to chase anyone, which was a relief. It turned up exactly when they said it would, so no complaints from me.

I ordered a replacement part for my old trolley jack and, yeah, it ended up fitting fine, which was a bit of a relief. The info on the site was helpful enough, but I still found myself double checking the measurements and comparing things just to be sure I was getting the right one. It arrived okay, went on without any real hassle, and it works as expected. Giving it 4 stars just because, you know, it took me a little while to confirm it was definitely the correct part.

I did end up getting my refund, so I’ll give them that, but it took way longer than I expected. Am I missing something here, or should a refund really not take ages to process?

I needed a spare part for an old SGS jack and had no clue which one was the right fit. The parts pages weren’t the easiest to search, although somehow there was still enough info to make me think I should’ve been able to figure it out myself. I ended up emailing support and they got back to me with the correct part number, which was genuinely useful.
Delivery was a couple of days slower than I’d hoped, so I was a bit annoyed, but then again the part fitted perfectly and saved me from buying a whole new jack, so I can’t complain too much. I’d probably use them again, even though I’d also really like them to make finding parts less of a guessing game
